The company's purpose is to hold, administer and manage shares in any Swiss or foreign company, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as to finance and coordinate the companies of the group. The company may carry out any financial or commercial operation related to its purpose or likely to promote it. It may also create branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans, with or without compensation, to its shareholders or to third parties, or provide securities of all kinds to cover the commitments of its shareholders or third parties. The company may acquire real estate in Switzerland and abroad, encumber, sell and manage them, provided that they serve as a permanent establishment within the meaning of art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LFAIE.
