The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate operations, in particular construction, renovation, purchase, sale, brokerage, rental and management, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through any operations - especially through any contracts - without limitation: - as regards their location - in Switzerland or abroad; - as regards their object - whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; - as regards their execution - whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
