The company's purpose is to provide legal services to clients in Switzerland and abroad through attorneys registered in the Swiss Bar Register or other professionally qualified representatives, as well as any other activities related to this purpose. The purpose also includes assisting and representing clients in proceedings before courts and authorities, including arbitration, in Switzerland and abroad. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, and mandate subcontractors. The company may carry out commercial and financial transactions related to the fulfillment of its purpose, to the extent authorized by the professional and deontological rules governing the legal profession in Switzerland, excluding real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may grant loans to its associates or third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
