The company may, in Switzerland or abroad: participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose; carry out any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, in direct or indirect relation to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to partners or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
