The company's purpose is to provide services in the fields of health, social affairs, psychology, education, special education, training, professional integration and insertion. In particular, it will: organize and conduct training sessions, conferences and other knowledge transfer and dissemination activities; offer individual and group consultations and support, including psychological, pedagogical and educational services, assessments and coordination of measures and services in its fields of action; carry out conceptualization, direction, coordination, management and implementation of scientific and applied projects in its fields of action, by bringing together skills under its responsibility or contributing to projects led by others; carry out consulting, analysis, evaluation and service provision activities for individuals, public and private organizations in its fields of action. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable and immovable transactions, the latter provided they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
