These services include, in particular, services in the areas of asset management, succession planning, financial planning, real estate management, and care of family assets and participations. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, assume representations, and conduct all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related thereto. It can acquire, hold, encumber, and sell real estate both domestically and abroad. The company does not engage in any activity that requires authorization or supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The company can grant direct or indirect financings to its direct or indirect subsidiaries as well as to third parties, including their direct or indirect shareholders and their direct or indirect subsidiaries, and provide securities of any kind for liabilities of such companies, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of assets of the company or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for consideration. In addition, the company can provide services of any kind to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, which can be useful for the conduct of the business activities of such companies.
