The purpose of the company is to provide corporate, organizational and economic consulting services as well as to render services in the real estate sector. The company may participate in other companies, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold and sell real estate. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect partner companies as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries, either against payment or free of charge, enter into indemnification agreements or subordination agreements in favor of such companies, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such other companies, either against payment or free of charge, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of any kind.
