Foundation whose purpose is to create a fund and thereby provide the impetus for the later construction and operation of a home for the labor movement, primarily for the needs of trade unions and workers' sports clubs. If the planned project of a people's house construction is financed by a cooperative or a trade union central association or in a similar way, the foundation's assets can be used with the consent of the Workers' Union and subject to securing the construction financing.
