The foundation aims to conduct adult education courses and educational programs in the canton of Zurich on a politically and religiously neutral basis. It can acquire participations in companies in the field of further education and expand its area of activity through further adult education activities and acquire properties for its own use. The foundation holds the qualified majority of votes in the participations in the form of stock corporations and limited liability companies, thereby ensuring the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose at all times. The use of profits from the participations is regulated by the foundation board in accordance with the purpose.
