Vorsorgestiftung der Theatergenossenschaft Basel

The foundation aims to provide occupational pension provision within the framework of the BVG and its implementing provisions for the employees of the Theatergenossenschaft Basel, in Basel (the founder), and, if applicable, for economically or financially closely related employers and their relatives and beneficiaries against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability. The affiliation of a related employer shall be based on a written affiliation agreement, which must be notified to the supervisory authority. The foundation may provide additional pension benefits beyond the statutory minimum benefits. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts or enter into existing contracts, whereby it must be the policyholder and beneficiary itself.
