Occupational pension provision for the employees of the founder or employer company by providing support services and benefits a) to the employee in the event of old age or disability or in cases of need, such as illness, accident or unemployment affecting them personally; b) to the employee in cases of need, such as illness, accident, unemployment or disability affecting their spouse, minor or disabled children or other persons for whom they provide maintenance; c) in the event of the employee's death, to the surviving spouse and to persons for whom they were mainly responsible for maintenance at the time of their death; provision of employer contributions in accordance with Art. 331 para. 3 OR from previously accumulated and separately disclosed contribution reserves; payment of such contributions to other tax-exempt pension institutions that the founder company has joined or established itself.
