The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, holding and management of all movable and immovable assets, the realization of real estate promotions, as well as all convergent activities, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. It may carry out any financial or commercial operation related to its purpose or likely to promote it. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE.
