The company's purpose is to provide services in the fields of legal and tax consulting, the execution of wills and the provision of trust services for a fee. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It may acquire, manage and transfer patents, trademarks, technical and industrial knowledge. The company is authorized to acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
