The company, as a service provider, aims to advise, manage and administer investment foundations, pension institutions, and institutions serving the purpose of occupational pension provision. It can collect, forward and manage contributions on behalf of company and personal pension institutions, as well as provide consulting and brokerage services in the areas of personnel and insurance. The company can establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. It can acquire, manage and transfer patents, trademarks, technical and industrial knowledge. The company is authorized to acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The company has the right to take financing, restructuring and interim measures in favor of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as grant loans to shareholders, group companies or third parties if this is beneficial to the interest of one or all of the aforementioned persons. It can also carry out financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as assume guarantees of any kind and provide securities or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of other companies, with or without consideration. Furthermore, the company can operate a liquidity adjustment or central financial management (cash pooling) with shareholders and group companies, or join such a system, including periodic account settlement.
