The purpose of the company is to provide insurance consulting services related to the insurance business, claims and administration, and to provide consulting services in connection with investment opportunities for insurance companies. The company may, in addition, conduct all business that is suitable to promote the purpose of the company or that is directly or indirectly related to it. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as well as to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, including within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security of all kinds for their liabilities, including by way of pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether paid or unpaid. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. Excluded from this are, in any case, transactions that are prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG).
