All activities related to the operation and development of a general construction company, including the import and export of all construction materials. In general, the company may carry out, both in Switzerland and abroad, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose, including property management, real estate brokerage, the purchase, sale and construction of buildings as well as any general construction company mandate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, its subsidiaries or branches or to third parties if it serves its interests; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
