The purpose of the company is to supply energy to shareholders and third parties in a part of the village of Grünenmatt, as defined by the perimeter plan, as well as to construct, operate and maintain pipelines from the handover station of the heat supplier. The company constructs, operates and maintains the necessary primary network II. The primary network II is the heat supply network from the handover station or from the heat meter in the Sternen-Stöckli (building no. 1329 on Lützelflüh property no. 1302) to and including the consumer installation. It includes all necessary facilities for heat supply, such as main lines, house connections (supply and return), measuring equipment, etc. The company may establish branch offices, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell real estate, and enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
