The purpose of the cooperative is to produce and supply heat energy to its members. The supply area includes the municipality of Welschenrohr. It can take over energy generated by other heat generation plants in the supply area at prices set by regulations, participate in other energy companies, acquire, establish and sell similar or related companies, as well as acquire, encumber, build on, manage or sell properties, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative or are related to it.
