The purpose includes providing services of all kinds related to Human Resources, in particular personnel recruitment, placement, administration and payroll accounting. The company can engage in any activity that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of personnel leasing activities that require a permit from the Cantonal Economic Development Office of Zurich. The company can conduct all legal transactions that are inherent to its purpose, including acquiring and selling real estate, raising and investing funds on the money and capital markets, as well as founding companies, participating in companies or cooperating with third parties in other ways.
