Wasserversorgungsgenossenschaft Raat

The purpose of the cooperative is to supply its members and the inhabitants of Raat living in properties owned by members with drinking and utility water, with the supply of drinking water having absolute priority; to provide utility water, where possible, for commercial operations; to maintain a permanent fire reserve for the cooperative's hydrant system; and to sell water to other public and private entities, where possible. In special cases, the cooperative may also supply water to non-members.
