The Company's purpose is to acquire, sell, hold, administer and manage all participations in all companies in Switzerland and/or abroad in the watchmaking and other fashion accessories sector, excluding companies (with their registered office in Switzerland) whose purpose is the acquisition of real estate within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); to carry out any commercial operation related to watchmaking, accessories, cosmetics, perfumery, leather goods, writing instruments, clothing and similar products, including but not limited to research, development, manufacturing, promotion (advertising, etc.), marketing in any form, export, import, as well as the supply of all goods and/or services related thereto to third parties, including but not limited to creative services, data management services, project management services and consulting mandates; to grant loans and/or other direct or indirect financing (including, but not limited to, within the framework of cash pooling agreements) to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and/or to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders as well as the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these shareholders; to provide guarantees of any kind, remunerated or not, and/or any other form of security, remunerated or not, to one or more shareholders, to one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or to one or more third parties in order to guarantee the commitments and/or obligations of one or more shareholders, one or more companies of the group to which the Company belongs and/or one or more third parties, provided that this is in the interest of the Company.
