The company's purposes are: to acquire, manage, and dispose of equity interests in industrial or commercial companies and enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE); to exercise all management and administrative mandates related to equity interests and to provide all related services, including administrative, logistical, commercial, and financial assistance; the financing, establishment, and organization of companies; the financial coordination of affiliated companies. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, or real estate operations (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its purpose, acquire equity interests in all commercial, industrial, or financial enterprises (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring, and intercession measures in favor of partners, group companies, or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to partners, group companies, or third parties when it serves its interests.
