The main purpose of the company is to provide services as a trustee within the meaning of the Financial Services Act and the Financial Institutions Act. The company may also provide comprehensive legal advisory services of all kinds, primarily in the areas of asset, financial, tax or estate planning, or assume control, monitoring, compliance or due diligence tasks. The company may assume mandates as a member of the board of directors, foundation board, trustee, fiduciary, business office or protector. The company may also engage in other financial intermediary activities within the meaning of the Anti-Money Laundering Act that promote or support the main purpose. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose or suitable for promoting the company's purpose. The company may acquire, hold, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, grant or take out loans, and provide or issue securities or guarantees, to the extent that this does not involve an activity requiring authorization under the Banking Act, as a fund management company or as a securities firm within the meaning of the Financial Institutions Act.
