The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or resell plots of land, and enter into any business and conclude any contracts that are suitable for promoting the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, provide financing for its own account or for third-party account, and grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries or third parties.
