The company's purpose is the operation of healthcare facilities, the practice and promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), including consultations, treatments, training, and workshops related to TCM, as well as the sale of products and materials necessary for its practice, and, more generally, all commercial and ancillary activities directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take stakes in other companies in Switzerland and abroad as well as carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose.
