The cooperative aims to promote vocational training in viticulture and protect the economic interests of its members. It seeks to achieve this purpose in particular by: promoting the technology of viticulture and wine quality; promoting the professional knowledge of members through courses and lectures; obliging members to timely pruning and careful grape harvesting; taking over and optimally marketing the grapes of its members, as well as possibly purchasing necessary supplies; and selling bottled wine.
