The purpose of the foundation is to help distressed, socially disadvantaged, endangered or troubled young people with challenging biographies and their parents through accompaniment and support, so that they can overcome crises and regain a firm footing. The young people experience in the individual areas that every person - regardless of their biography, origin, position, orientation, education and ability - is important, accepted and needed. The foundation provides specific training, training, support and employment offers in the residential and training area in order to be able to advise and offer targeted support measures to young people with the most diverse impairments and in difficult life situations. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. The foundation can cooperate with other organizations and/or support them. It can establish and operate other legal entities or merge with them if the purpose permits.
