The purpose of the company is to provide services in the trust area (such as fiduciary services, accounting, controlling, human resources, payroll administration and outsourcing in accounting) and consulting services, in particular in the areas of asset consulting (excluding active portfolio management), tax, real estate and legal consulting as well as art management. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries abroad and participate in other companies. It is authorized to acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. The company is otherwise entitled to conduct all business that is suitable to promote the development of the company and the achievement of its purpose.
