The company's purposes are: a) the purchase, sale, construction, renovation, operation, management and development in general of all or part of real estate, built or unbuilt; b) real estate brokerage and project management as well as insurance brokerage, financial assistance and consulting in financial, urban planning, architectural and construction matters; c) all activities in the field of construction as a works manager, general contractor or total contractor; d) the purchase, sale, import, export, transformation and marketing in general of all products related to materials and construction; e) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, always except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, in direct or indirect relation to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; f) the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; g) the granting of loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may conduct its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
