The company's purpose is the rental of equipment for events, exhibitions, receptions and sound systems as well as their organization and installation, the provision of catering staff, the rental and sub-rental of reception rooms, decoration, the manufacture of equipment, and all related operations, as well as the trade of all products. It may: - carry out any financial, commercial and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and take an interest in all related or similar companies that may develop its purpose; - participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad; - conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if it serves its interests.
