Trading and commercial operations as well as all financial operations, in particular granting credits and loans to group companies and third parties, obtaining credits and loans from them, collecting invoices on behalf of group companies, negotiating and discounting them, providing all administrative and financial services, granting, acquiring and assigning all participations in other companies, innovation, research and development, filing all intellectual property rights related thereto, exploitation and direct or indirect acquisition, granting and management of licenses for patents and intellectual property rights held, all activities in the field of medical technology and in-vitro diagnostics, in particular the purchase, sale, import, export and trade of medical supplies, raw materials, packaging, instruments and spare parts and consumables, research and development of medical devices and medical technology, creation and registration of intellectual property rights and sale of medical products and medical devices as well as patents and licenses for products, any integration, acquisition and commercial representation of medical technology and in-vitro diagnostics solutions, provision of services, in particular in the field of logistics, storage, management of procurement processes, order preparation and delivery, and transport related to the activities described above, financial participations, in the form of equity participation, loans or other, in all companies and enterprises operating in the medical technology and in-vitro diagnostics sectors, as well as participations in all consortia in the same sectors, and management of such participations (cf. articles of association for full purpose).
