The company's purpose is to promote, market, and rent medical equipment of the Winback and Game Ready brands, directly or indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad, including: - the wholesale or retail trade of this medical equipment, - the rental of this medical equipment, - the manufacture, distribution, and rental of all equipment and devices for physical fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, and weight loss in exclusive relation to these product lines, - training and marketing related to this equipment, - the distribution of all accessory products related to these product lines, - research, design, development, operation, acquisition, sale, and licensing of all intellectual property rights related to these product lines, - taking all participations, by all means, in all companies or corporations created or to be created, regardless of their legal nature or purpose, in relation to these product lines, including by subscription, contribution, partnership, purchase of securities or social rights, merger, alliance, or association in participation or economic interest group or lease-management, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; - providing advice and assistance in the areas of commerce, administration, management, development strategy, marketing, finance, information technology, and business development in the context of the development of the aforementioned product lines; - acquiring, selling, constructing, and managing all real estate and properties, within the limits set by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; - and, more generally, all operations, of whatever nature, legal, economic, and financial, civil and commercial, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose, aimed at promoting the commercial purpose pursued by the Company, its extension or development.
