All family office activities, including the provision of customized services, advice and assistance in social, commercial, legal, financial and patrimonial matters for an international and national clientele; all operations related to the creation and administration of companies and foundations and the exercise of administrative, trustee and general mandate functions in Switzerland and abroad; holding, managing, acquiring, in its own name and on behalf of third parties, movable and immovable assets within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); all services, advice and operations related to financial intermediation, excluding any activity subject to the Federal Law on Financial Institutions (LEFin) and the Federal Law on Financial Services (LSFin); advice on commercial, financial and real estate management; tax and legal advice, auditing, accounting and business management, incorporation, domiciliation and management of companies and services in each of these areas, and more broadly, any activity and function within the framework of a trust company; all consulting services. The Company may carry out all commercial, financial, real estate (if the real estate held through participations or the properties are located in Switzerland, they may only have an exclusively commercial use) or movable operations, and conclude all contracts having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and promoting its development. It may also create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate (in Switzerland, exclusively commercially used properties) and intellectual property.
