The company's purpose is: the purchase, sale, brokerage, management, administration, operation and development of real estate, as well as the execution of all real estate transactions, except for transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Its field of activity also extends to all activities directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in particular in the areas of patents, licenses, trademarks or intellectual property rights. The company is also authorized to participate financially or in any other manner in all companies or corporations having a similar or related purpose to its main objective. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, conduct commercial, movable or real estate transactions, and conclude any contract that may develop or relate directly or indirectly to its purpose. It is also authorized to carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or real estate transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, and to take an interest, in any form, in all similar companies, including by acquiring a stake in them.
