The cooperative aims to provide people who have difficulty finding affordable housing in Stäfa with cost-effective and high-quality living space. To achieve this, it seeks to: a) acquire suitable building land for ownership or building rights, b) construct or acquire residential buildings, c) maintain and manage these properties, and d) rent apartments to its members. Buildings owned by the cooperative are permanently withdrawn from speculation. The cooperative refrains from building and acquiring single-family detached homes. The cooperative supports efforts to promote communal living among residents. As a non-profit self-help organization, the cooperative does not pursue any profit.
