The cooperative aims to provide healthy and affordable housing and residential buildings for rent and sale through joint self-help and co-responsibility. The cooperative is non-profit and non-speculative, and excludes any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting housing construction in accordance with the Federal Housing Promotion Act (WFG) and corresponding cantonal and communal regulations. The cooperative can acquire, manage and sell properties and participate in similar undertakings. When selling real estate, the cooperative ensures that the buyer cannot engage in speculative transactions. To exclude speculation, it can reserve rights of co-determination in the sense of the WFG, pre-emption rights and the like.
