In the municipality of Ganterschwil, to create, maintain and manage affordable and healthy housing for economically disadvantaged persons in the sense of the Housing and Property Promotion Act (WEG) in a non-profit manner. The cooperative does not pursue any commercial or self-help purposes; its activity is altruistic. The cooperative can buy and sell land, building rights or properties with buildings, build, rent and sell houses. It can acquire older buildings, renovate or restore them and promote social housing.
