The foundation aims to establish and operate an institution (e.g. residential home, school, care or nursing facility) for children and adolescents on the Waldhof property at Waldhofstrasse in Winterthur (cadastral numbers 4401, 6548 and 6549 of the Winterthur-Altstadt land registry district) in order to preserve and promote their physical and mental health, and explicitly undertakes to fulfill the conditions associated with the dedication of the property. To permanently secure the desired purpose, the foundation commits itself, in particular, not to sell the parcels necessary for the operation of the institution, cadastral numbers 4401, 6548 and 6549 of the Winterthur-Altstadt land registry district, and not to build on them, subject to the reservation of building with buildings required for the operation of the institution and not impairing the character of the property as an agricultural operation with extensive meadows.
