In addition to the services provided by the other occupational pension plans of the founding company on a voluntary basis, the company provides pension benefits for employees, their dependents and beneficiaries, as well as for persons for whom the employee has demonstrably provided care until the end, against the economic consequences of old age, death and disability, and in special cases of illness, accident or unforseen hardship.
