The foundation now aims to promote the welfare and, in particular, the provision for the employees of A. Tschümperlin AG, Zug, and its subsidiary and affiliated companies. The purpose of the foundation is to be achieved primarily through the precautionary provision of funds to finance contributions to other welfare institutions of the participating companies. Furthermore, support can be granted to employees or former employees of the participating companies, as well as their dependents, in the event of a hardship case.
