The cooperative exists for the purpose of communal living and working. Through mutual self-help and shared responsibility, it aims to provide affordable and creative space. The goal is to utilize synergies, share resources, and still allow for individual living and working space. Various forms of housing at different locations are intended to fulfill the diverse wishes of its members. Each residential or work unit organizes itself internally. A common cooperative fund, practical and social exchange among each other, as well as common guiding principles form the collective basis.
