In joint self-help and co-responsibility, to provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing for its members. It shall meet the housing needs and permanently remove them from speculation. The cooperative seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Acquisition of building land and building rights; b) Construction and acquisition of single-family and multi-family houses that meet the modern cooperative housing needs; c) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings; d) Construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner; e) Utilization of funding instruments according to the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and communal laws; f) Management and rental of apartments at favorable rents; g) Creation of apartments and single-family homes for sale in condominium ownership or building rights; h) Ideological and material support of efforts aimed at affordable and good housing; i) Connection with purpose-related associations. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives and be a member of the Swiss Association for Housing SVW.
