The purpose of the non-profit cooperative is to maintain and operate the facilities owned or used by its members. These include, in particular, the heating system, garage, parking spaces, playground, street lighting, electrical and heating connections, roof drainage and sewage systems, as well as the pipe system between the house blocks, which includes, among other things, fiber optic and TV cables; the periodic cleaning of sewage, roof drainage and sewage systems; the management of assets; and the protection of the common interests of its members.
