The cooperative aims to create and maintain premises through joint self-help and on a non-profit basis, in order to enable communal living and housing. It seeks to achieve this purpose in particular by: a. Acquiring the land to be developed as its own property, b. Providing home ownership for its members, c. Dividing the land into parcels and granting them to its members in building rights, d. Planning and designing the settlement, e. Building and financing the settlement, f. Operating and maintaining the communal facilities of the settlement, g. Regulating the priority of statutory pre-emption rights, h. Promoting solidarity and community living both internally and externally.
