The purpose of the cooperative is to create, maintain and rent affordable housing with a high quality of life in the sense of comprehensive sustainability, in accordance with the principles of non-profit housing construction. To this end, the cooperative intends to acquire and develop plots of land (building rights, properties) in Horgen. In addition, the cooperative may conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose or appears to be suitable for promoting it. The cooperative pursues purely self-help purposes and is not profit-driven. Its buildings are to be permanently withdrawn from any speculative use.
