The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy, affordable, and flexible living space through joint self-help and co-responsibility, and to maintain it. In doing so, it strives to offer housing to all sections of the population, especially families. In the sense of overall social responsibility, it seeks to restore, preserve, and maintain old, worthy building structures and garden facilities. It promotes cultural activities and seeks fruitful cooperation with other actors in the community (associations, commissions, etc.).
