The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and shared responsibility. To achieve this goal, the cooperative uses the following means: acquisition of building land and building rights, construction and acquisition of single-family and multi-family homes that meet the cooperative's modern housing needs, careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings, construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner, utilization of funding instruments under the federal housing promotion law and corresponding cantonal and communal laws, administration and rental of apartments on a cost-rent basis, promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements, and ideal and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing. The activity is non-profit and not for profit.
