The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable and healthy housing, to maintain it, and to promote the cooperative idea and thus the coexistence of different social groups and individuals in the sense of social responsibility and mutual solidarity. It seeks to achieve this purpose in particular through: a) the acquisition of building land, building rights and existing residential properties; b) the purposeful and modern maintenance of existing buildings; c) the promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not profit-oriented.
