The cooperative aims to create and maintain affordable and healthy housing. It promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. To the extent that opportunities arise and members of the cooperative express a need, the cooperative can also provide spaces for commercial and service activities. The scope of these spaces must be in a reasonable proportion to the housing. The cooperative seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Acquisition of building land and building rights. b) Construction and acquisition of residential properties and real estate that meet the cooperative's modern housing needs. c) Rental of residential and commercial space on a cost-rent basis to its members, and possibly to other natural or legal persons. d) Ideological and material support for efforts aimed at affordable, healthy, and good housing. e) Promotion of communal living and housing forms, with residential space taking precedence over commercial space and avoiding under-occupancy of residential space. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and non-speculative. Any speculation with land or houses is excluded. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals. The individuals involved in the cooperative form the first instance for all questions and conflicts. They cultivate a consensus- and solution-oriented communication culture, characterized by a willingness to take joint responsibility.
