Construction of simple single-family and multi-family homes in closed settlements or individual buildings for interested parties who provide sufficient guarantees for the interest, amortization and maintenance of the buildings to be constructed; all work related to the realization of such projects shall be awarded exclusively to members, subject to economic considerations; no profit is intended; the buildings can be sold at cost price; can acquire, manage, rent or sell plots of land or properties, realize developments and provide financing for the benefit of the members.
